My name is Ivan Henriquez, recently I acquired a Masters in Architecture, in Spring 2012 from the Academy of Art University, San Francisco; in addition to a previous Bachelors in Architecture in the Dominican Republic.

My experience as an Architectural Consultant for the past six months has been in residential renovation work, with some notable projects in the Marin County, northern California. In all of my experiences, I learned a great deal about architectural design, construction documents, project coordination, client relations, California Building Code as well as marketing and branding strategies.

Prior to my attaining the masters degree, I had the opportunity to work on various projects in the Dominican Republic, where I’m originally from. Where my practice includes commercial and residential remodel work, with some significant renovation projects such as a well-known auto accessories retail store, as well as the remodel of a luxury condominium apartment.

I consider my self a very creative and responsible person with a flexible and cooperative personality. I love everything related with the arts, and appreciate people and different perspectives.
