I am seeking an interior design position in a forward-thinking design firm. I have diverse project experience in interior architecture. I am particularly specialized in Corporate, Higher Education and Financial Institute. I also have experience in Health care and Library. My goal is to strengthen design identity and culture by creating environments that inspire innovative thinking, to create a rich and healthy environment for people in their day to day life.
My expertise is to find the concept and develop the design by using free hand sketches, finding materials and using them in new ways. As a seasoned designer, I prepare design presentation materials, create design concepts and details to suit project needs and handle all phases of the design process from concepts through contract administration. My role includes space planning, researching concept ideas, design development, finish materials, mill-work designs and furniture specification. I am adept in working with colleagues to achieve a shared vision and creativity to deliver the result which exceeds expectations. I also nurture young designers. It is rewarding to see them grow. I enjoy the process of creating interior architecture and I believe design is a life long learning experience.
