Waa (we architech anonymous) are an anonymous international design team. The name of the practice was coined from a desire for the architect to sit comfortably within the background without the dogma / brand which so often can soften to become baggage and conflict with the interests of the client. We strive not to impose; we hope rather to be flexible liberators for future inhabitants of the buildings we design.
Waa tells stories, narratives which originate from our experiences within the world, the spatial implications of this narrative helps us infuse a sense of humanity and place within our work. Our ambition lies with reawakening these lost languages of humanity. Fundamental core values of identity relating to psychology, the natural world, geographical and cultural references, all provide us with an abundance of enlightenment to help re-form the norms of our complex world into an alternative approach to be site specific engaging looser architecture.
