I can provide full concept through delivery architectural design and construction administration. Projects I have overseen have required extensive knowledge of the New York City, New York State and ICC based building codes, ADA requirements, as well as with the Zoning Codes of various municipalities. I have also written reports to assess the conditions of buildings, and have advised clients what areas to focus on when their resources have been limited. I am credentialed by the NYC Department of Buildings.
