            I am a dynamic and ambitious architectural Intern with two years experience in various projects and constructions on the restoration and renovation of home units, urban design, site preparation, as well as industrial and commercial buildings, such as many of the Los Angeles Community College Campuses. Since my admission into the Architectural design and engineering program at Los Angeles Trade Tech I have worked on several well-known architecture and design projects around the city.

            I possess a variety of technical and computer skills with advanced knowledge of Revit, Auto CAD, 3DS MAX, Skethchup and other graphics communication programs. In previous jobs I have often been called upon to assist senior interns and other employees with various design ideas and site plans. With the ability to adept at carrying out a wide variety of design and development projects, I can readily conceptualize new ideas as needed in order to complete drawings on schedule.
My attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills ensure that every project I work on is done accurately and to the highest possible standard. I am comfortable working as part of a team but also have the ability to take an authoritative role when the situation arises. My verbal communication skills and positive attitude make me an effective communicator with all clients I work with.

As a CAD/BIM Intern my primary job is to evaluate data, process data and create 3D smart building information models from scan as- built drawings and digital files(DWG). Building Information Modeling digital repository library to include architectural, structural, and space inventory; and generate information for Geographical Information System: fire protection, life safety, mechanical, electrical, civil, telecommunications. Also, w help the visualization team with Fly thru animations.

During my internship I was responsible for analyzing and interpreting printed and or non printed materials, such as architectural drawings, sketches and visualization models. Prepare a series of 3D building information models utilizing designated computer assistant drafting (CAD) software utilizing applicable procedures and standards. Process documents, drawings, electronic information according to applicable procedures and standards. Manage, organize and update relevant data using (CAD) software. Have professional standard of care, team work, individual initiative, consistency and accuracy. Pursue personal development of skills and knowledge necessary for the effectiveness of performance.
