Created project scheduling and planning from commencement to completion, and managed project team through all phases of development, monitoring performance and scheduling target dates. Developed financial feasibility to determine manpower budgeting, and identified project requirements relative to budgeting and available workforce. Ascertained consulting service requirements and organized RFPs. Collaborated with project team and owner to prepare proposal for submission to client. Completed project closeout to ensure certificate of occupancy.
