The Special Projects Department oversees many aspects of design and merchandising for over 40 Deseret Book retail locations. The team works to design new locations and renovate existing ones, meeting with contractors and visiting construction sites on a weekly basis. In addition, the department designs and constructs large scale window displays for the flagship store at City Creek Center in downtown Salt Lake City.
