River Intake Pump Station, City of Atlanta, Department of Watershed Management, Atlanta, GA, $31.8 million budget, a 1-story brick veneer building on a CMU structure next to Peachtree Creek and the Chattahoochee River that will be pumping water into the new tunnel system to the City of Atlanta Water System. A 25-ton traveling crane will be installed at the site as well as 4 pumps. The electrical building will have 2,100 s.f. +/-, with additional water weir and channel structures outside of the building.
• My position has been as the Senior Architect, leading architectural design, contract document production, writing specifications, coordinating with engineers and consultants, reporting to Senior Project Managers within our J-V company, JP2.

• Construction scheduled to be completed by end of 2019

Quarry Pump Station, City of Atlanta, Department of Watershed Management, Atlanta, GA, $61.8 million budget, a 3-story granite, precast concrete, glass, and aluminum louvers on a steel-frame building next to Bellwood Quarry and a future city park, covering and ventilating pumps that will be pumping water from the Quarry Reservoir to the City of Atlanta Water System. A 75-ton traveling crane will be housed in the building. The building will have 39, 500 s.f. +/-, with additional water weir and channel structures outside of the building. This project will be a LEED Silver Certified project.
• My position has been as the Senior Architect, leading architectural design, contract document production, writing specifications, coordinating with engineers and consultants, reporting to Senior Project Managers within our J-V company, JP2.
• Design and contract documents from July 2015-May 2016
• Construction scheduled to be completed by end of 2018

Hemphill Tunnel Pump Station, City of Atlanta, Department of Watershed Management, Atlanta, GA, $12 million budget, municipal water department facility at the Hemphill Reservoir in Atlanta, GA. Providing a 110’ x 70 ‘canopy for an exterior 75-ton traveling crane, with two separate buildings (5200 s.f. +/-) for water pump support facilities, with water weir and channel structures, and offices. This project will be a LEED Silver Certified project.
• My position has been as the Senior Architect, leading architectural design, contract document production, writing specifications, coordinating with engineers and consultants, reporting to Senior Project Managers within our J-V company, JP2.
• Design and contract documents from July 2015-May 2016
• Construction scheduled to be completed by end of 2018

Sexton Hall Enrichment Center Additions and Renovations, Senior Center in Forsyth County, GA, $1.3 million budget, Art Rooms Offices, Kiln Room, Serving Kitchen, Alzheimer’s Respite, Central Meeting Facility and new Entry with a porte-cochere.
• My position has been as the Senior Architect, leading architectural design and contract document production during the final weeks after the project was left without leadership, coordinating with engineers and consultants.
