Position involves working within and coordinating a multi-discipline office including, mechanical, process piping, and electrical / IT, while maintaining outside disciplines such as fire protection, and structural. Responsible for managing all Architectural aspect of a project from initial client contact through construction administration services within an A & E office, including code analysis, and city permitting processes. Act as main Architectural client contact and developed project designs through efficient and in depth design sessions with senior client decision-makers. Created clear and concise designs that are both functional and meaningful to clients with the use of 3D modeling and graphic presentations. Acted as in house senior design manager for all architecture or interior related projects.
