About 

Marvin Padilla is a senior project manager with over 18 years of experience with projects as diverse as a remodel of a historic hotel in Miami Beach to assisting the remodel of a palace in Saudi Arabia. His passion from an early age has been architecture. He obtained his degree from Woodbury University in 1998 and has been immersed in all aspects of architecture ever since.

Marvin has had experience with affordable, multi-family residences to boutique hospitality design. He is a quick learner and a team player. He also loves importing his wisdom and experience to younger team members.

Project manager for two large-scale hospitality projects in Santa Barbara and Miami Beach. Quality controlled several submissions to ownership, architects and consultants. Assisted in shop drawing approvals for FF&E, and interfaced with various consultants, general contractors and ownership groups throughout both projects. Oversaw construction of a model room for each project and ensured that Principal's vision was maintained throughout the design process. Project manager for a palace remodel in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia for the Crown Prince which included interfacing with client's representative and contractors.
