About

Hi,

With over 13 years of experience, I am a LEED accredited professional, a licensed architect and an urban planner skilled at project management, sustainability and design.  I would like to further my career with an innovative company that has solid core values, a clear mission and an aggressive eye on the future of design, sustainability and development.

The following offers a few highlights of my competencies:

  • Accomplished Architect:  As a project architect and planner, I have participated in most aspects of design and construction, including feasibility, design, permitting, and construction administration. Licensed architect in Arizona and Washington states.  AIA member. Part of AIA Los Angeles Committee of the Environment.
  • Integrated Solutions: Experienced in multiple building types, including interiors, mixed use, commercial, retail, multi-family and community development.  Provided turn-key and integrated services incorporating graphic design, signage, corporate identity, space planning, interior design and staging.
  • Experience in LEED and Sustainability:  I have been involved in the United States Green Building Council (USGBC) since 2001 and a LEED Accredited Professional since 2003. Provided sustainable solutions and best management practices for new and existing projects, businesses and operations - some of which have been awarded LEED certifications. Director of Sustainability for a design and construction firm.  Co-chair and founder of the USGBC-LA South Bay branch.
  • Management:  Created innovative programs and company divisions developing new revenue streams by leveraging and building upon existing resources. I have acted as the project lead and liaison between clients, consultants and construction teams. Managed Los Angeles County projects with multi-million dollar budgets. Project Management Professional certification through PMI.

I’m very interested in speaking with you about job opportunities and how my skills may be useful.

Sincerely,

Nathalie Gonzalez
