I am an expert drafter using AutoCAD and Revit extensively. I have extensive experience with computers including internet applications, blog authorship, and social media applications in addition to accounting, database, graphics, video, layout, desktop publishing and web authoring software. I am currently taking the ARE for Architect license in New York State, and I have passes all of the sections I have taken to date.

Intern Architect contributing to the design development and documentation phases of several residential and mix-use projects located in Buffalo. These included the 2013 project at the northwest corner of Delaware and Virginia that included 12 apartments, office space and a restored carriage house in the rear. My other responsibilities included photographing, surveying the type and condition and documenting the windows and doors of the Pierce Arrow Administration building on Elmwood Avenue. This project was in preparation for applying for State Historic Preservation tax credits.

I worked on project for mainly public sector clients including HUD housing, The Buffalo Zoo Rain Forest Falls Exhibit, Buffalo City Schools Phase II Reconstruction and Phase III Feasibility Study. I also focused on schematic design, design development and construction documents for private clients including the Deer Creek Town homes in Ellicottville, NY.
