The bulk of my career has been developing residential projects, and as such, I excel at them. With that said, I have I've exhibited natural aptitude for the several institutional, commercial and town planning projects I have been involved with in the past, and have taken to their differing codes and more complex programs, e.g., quite readily. Every aspect of getting a project designed, drafted and constructed enthuses me. An objective of mine is to be more often involved with these more complex projects, be they the above, and/or multi-family, cultural, and mixed use.
I've embodied multiple roles in past firms (often on the same project), be they drafter, designer, project manager, construction administrator, etc.. I'm fully and adeptly capable of producing sketches, presentations and documents via both hand and computer; where I am most versed in ArchiCAD, experienced with VectorWorks and trained in Revit. AutoCAD training to begin in April of 2013. I am also on track to be NCARB-licensed in May of 2013. Please contact me for additional information.
