Staten Island Marine Development: Assistant Project Manager for the masterplanning of a large industrial development site with over 6 million square feet of developable land. Coordinated extensively with elite real estate / marketing analysts and engineers. Created a targeted marketing brochure to attract prospective investors as well as a comprehensive report to demonstrate the site’s unique attributes and opportunities.

Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia: Developed a strategic masterplanning study for the hospital’s existing Main Campus and its potential future growth. Created an Executive Board comprehensive final report and presentation of the study, which analyzed possible growth scenarios and their impacts as well as formulated streetscape and landscape design recommendations to engage the hospital with its community.

KGP design studio, Washington, DC, US, Designer

Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority: Project manager and designer for four new station entrance studies for the Washington, DC Metro system. Worked in coordination with transit engineers and planners to produce multiple viable options for each station, and presented this work to stakeholders and community members during public presentations.

Maryland Purple Line: Designer for schematic design and design development of twelve stations on the Purple Line light rail extension of the Washington, DC Metro system. Acted as the design liaison to other consultants, ensuring consistency and quality of design throughout the process. Produced a comprehensive set of drawings to inform the next phase of design.

Baltimore Red Line: Urban design development and graphics production for the Baltimore Red Line light rail system.
