About

As a young design professional in the field of architecture I’m looking forward to get more experience in the planning area, design development and project management. I am a crucial, action oriented, bilingual professional offering 10 years of experience in a variety of architectural design and managing skills. Enthusiastically, I want to move ahead as a professional and expand my knowledge and skills to improve my professional practice.

I am a focus person, team collaborator and harmonization, developing project scope, customer relationships, continuous design improvements, and customer reviews. In addition, I have good quality skills in computer aid design as 3D modeling, animations, presentations and Revit or A-Cad drafting. Also, I have developed skills in project managing representing the UPR as the owner in the construction field and administration of Bids, Design Contract, Construction Contract, Inspections, Budget and Project Acceptance between others.

I am very hard worker, learn and adapt quickly. Also, I’m always looking forward to act in accordance with my team and coworkers.
