As a designer, I am fascinated by the relationship between architecture, art and dialogue; and how the interplay between the three facilitates the expression of our identities. As a result, I am interested in how design can be used as a tool to speak about people and their desires and needs.

Working with rural communities has been an eduactional experience all its own with two projects standing out the most - Lassin and Mbinon.
With these projects I produced:
- Produced DD level drawings and renderings using ArchiCAD, 3ds/Maxwell and Photoshop
- Used SketchUp as a tool during client meetings to illustrate ideas about the project
- Carried out materials studies and specified which materials were to be used for construction
