About 

My career objective is as an architect to manage projects fluidly, by collaborating between clients and consultants with in house team members efficiently. Utilize my expertise to develop quality and budget friendly solutions construction documents. Respond in a timely manner of any construction administration issues that arise. 

I have completed my IDP, and will start taking the AREs for NYS. I would also like to obtain either LEED certification or CDT CSI writer.

Employment 

The DeRosa Group Architects, Newark, NJ, Intermediate Architect

Draft and Coordinate drawings with Principal and Engineers, from schematic phases through construction administration
Research materials, contact vendors, and specifications
Assist owners and tenants of commercial buildings, over 1,500,000 total sf, with corporate interior planning design and applying REBNY/BOMA calculations, along with other base building services
Administer website’s projects and cliental ftp data
Create marketing tools and presentation displays for company and clients
Manage office efficiency and administration duties
Survey existing site conditions, and develop code analysis for proposed projects
Developed and refined drawing library and template documents. This resulted in a streamlined drafting process and setting up of sets for a more productive turn around
Administer project construction phases including: meetings, shop drawing logging/approvals, field confirmations, and punch lists
