Over the course of five years served as Design Manager, Program Manager and currently: Director of Design and Construction, leading over 14 teams in the design and construction of a luxury brand of health clubs and spas across the United States. Currently leading the roll out of a budget version of Equinox called blink fitness. Responsibilities include: negotiating all professional services agreements, managing design documentation, site feasibility, contractor bidding and negotiation, and day-to-day construction management.

Led the implementation of and compliance with the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey’s Sustainable Design Requirements for the World Trade Center Transportation Hub. Developed and enforced a series of sustainable building plans as well as the reporting procedures and templates for vendors and subcontractors.
