• Developed schematic design for proposed 5 star hotel located at Tai Chi Lake, China.  Project consisted of a 500 room hotel with all amenities with an 8,000 m2 convention area.
• Developed schematic design for proposed separate 5 and 4 star hotels and central convention center located at Tai Chi Lake, China.  Project consisted of a 5 star hotel with 400 rooms and all amenities, 4 star hotel with 600 rooms and all amenities, with a central 50,000 m2 convention center.
• Developed schematic design for proposed 5 star hotel and casino located at Kinmen Island, Taiwan.  Project consisted of a 1200 room hotel with all amenities, 8,300 m2 casino, 35,000 m2 retail, and 7,000 m2 convention center.
• Developed schematic design for proposed hotel and casino for Wilton Rancheria Indian Tribe, located in Sacramento Valley, CA.  Project consisted of a 250 room hotel with all amenities, 90,000 sq. ft. casino, 52,000 sq. ft. convention area, and 7,000 sq. ft. retail.
• Developed schematic design for proposed remodel, 250 room hotel with all amenities, and an addition for 2000 slots for existing Dania Jai-Alai, Dania, Florida.
• Coordinated projects with owners, owner’s representatives, and consultants.

• Developed construction documents for a $300 million – 1.3 million sq. ft. twenty seven story addition to Caesars Palace in Las Vegas, Nevada.  Coordinated design of the Podium, includes exterior elevations, hotel registration, 3 wedding chapels, VIP registration and lounge, grand staircase, FOH, and BOH.  Programmed, designed, developed construction documents, and construction administration for the Podium addition.
• Coordinated projects with owners, consultants, general contractors, and subcontractors.
• Produced complete construction documents in AutoCAD 2002, 2006, and 2008.

• Developed construction documents for a $20 million - 71,374 sq. ft. three story Women's Center addition to an existing hospital in Arlington, Texas.
• Developed construction documents for new 90,000 sq. ft. concrete tilt-up warehouses with 45,000 sq. ft. tenant improvement and 45,000 sq. ft. of future tenant lease space.
• Developed construction documents for a complete interior and exterior rehabilitation of Southern Nevada Correctional Center (Jean Prison). 
• Developed construction documents for a $2.2 million Native American Health Clinic in Tuolumne City, California.
