I'm a Spanish architect with experience in all development project phases, I'm especially qualified in renovations, residential buildings, hospitality and Landscape architecture.

High capacity in the construction phase and design phase, especially in the resolution of typical problems that may occur. I have a great capacity for teamwork and leadership, always reporting to principal.

During last years I have been working in my own Architectural Studio.  I have been developing a variety of projects in which I can include single and multifamily housing, institutional and cultural buildings, office buildings, hotels and urban/landscape Projects which you can find them in many different scales.

Previously, I had been working for 2 years in Hospes Infiniti places as a project Manager & Architect and other 7 years with Jose Luis Canosa I Magret, Esteve Bonell I Josep Mª Gil, Francesc Rius & Silvia Estela Barbera I Correria (nowadays CEO in bbats consulting & projects), in which I can name them as a very reputable Architects.  This was in Barcelona (Spain) on architectural and interior design projects. My tasks covered all phases in the project.

Earlier my career development was in a construction company, taking into acound tasks as project manager, having contact with clients and vendors, construction supervision and construction documents.

All throughout my career I have also participated in several national competitions, some of them were preselected.

I received my Bachelor + Master Architecture and Building Engineering in Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya ETSAB (Spain).

Thanks to my education and experience I have a high knowledge in sustainable design, construction techniques and construction detailing. My computer skills cover with proficiency AutoCAD, Adobe CS, etc

About my hospitality experience, I must say that my experience goes back to 2008 when I was hired by Hospes Infinity Places in its Building & Maintenance Department. My task was started in organizing the openings of hotels recently Inaugurated. Quickly I started to put in order the renovations of the hotels with more seniority, this work entailed the reform of some rooms, lobbies, etc... My duties began with previous designs, making the interior design, furniture design, budgeting, hiring contractors, FF & E manager, construction supervision, deadlines and overspending, established hotel management strategies to lessen the inconvenience of renovation with the operation of the hotel, as these works were carried out without close the hotel.

Another function that I developed in Hospes Infiniti Places was the external relationships with consultants, contractors, suppliers, authorities for the new Hotels in project.

With the experience and knowledge gained in Hospes Infiniti Places, with which I met the whole process that involves a hospitality project, I started performing from 2010 my duties with my own company.

As an example, I will explain to you my functions and responsibilities in my last hospitality project (Sant Pere del Bosch Hotel & Spa)

My work began with a visit to the building; I had to draw the current state documentation, doing the preliminary studies of fit of the first proposal for the distribution and reporter with the property.  Implementation the Urban Plan for the Hotel. Relationships with the Local authorities. Furthermore, I did the complete design of the hotel including the construction details and site plans, budgeting, furniture design and choice the manufactured furniture for each room.  Monitoring the contractors and coordination industrials firms, also I had functions as FF & E manager, as well as the Pre-opening inspections.

I have been the Principal of the project at all stages and the only responsible of the project in front of the owners.

I did the Sant Pere del Bosch Hotel & Spa, only with the external collaboration of engineering who reports to me.

Furthermore, my skills are flexible interpersonal style; effective communication, design skills and project management skills; strong influencing skills; experience and ability to deal with different cultural issues.

I have combined experience in design, construction and project management of hospitality structure. Strong knowledge of architectural and design, and construction principles and understanding of applicable laws.
