About 

Mr. San Gemino has over ten years of experience within the architectural industry. He is a registered architect in the state of Nevada.  He has worked with architects and commercial developers emphasizing design development document production, construction administration, BIM management, and document standardization.  His evolving specification encompasses the diverse requirements mandatory in contemporary architecture: project management, project architecture, building technology, sustainable/LEED initiatives, and BIM technology.  Mr. San Gemino’s experience includes healthcare, laboratory, higher education and commercial projects, with responsibilities ranging from programming analysis, design, contract administration, and the training/implementation of BIM software.  Mr. San Gemino has experience with projects under the jurisdiction of the Office of Statewide Health Planning and Division of the State Architect.
