Over time, I have developed the ability to understand clients needs and help them have their vision
come true, the character that is geared up to participate and lead in a diverse dynamic work environment, the passion to overcome challenges creatively as well as pragmatically, and most importantly, the awareness of how sustainability is the essence of any good design.

For seven years, I have been at university studying, analyzing, and designing projects of different
kinds, scales, and levels of complexity; this helped me develop my analytical capacity, and acquire very good command in confronting design problems. The many projects I worked on proved to me the importance of both imagination and reality, form and function, small details as well as big pictures. Driven by persistence, I worked independently and in teams, sometimes as a team member, while others as a leader; this offered me a very rich experience, especially that I worked with professors and students of different origins and backgrounds. Viewing every project as an opportunity brings to surface the best of me, and motivates me to eagerly seek creative solutions.

My great interest in developing environmentally responsible practice fueled me to study further, and earn a Master degree in Applied Energy from the American University of Beirut. Also, I have attended a LEED workshop to prepare for the LEED Green Associate test that I will be taking soon.

American University of Beirut, Beirut, LB, Masters, Applied Energy

The Master program in Applied Energy focused on the
fundamental principles that govern the use of energy
efficiently in the built environment. Some courses
covered emerging technologies that are gaining
significance in the energy industry, especially renewable
energy systems, and energy management controls.
Other courses introduced the global energy scene and
the different indicators that shape energy policies and
strategies. In every course, I worked in group on several
projects, and developed solutions inspired by the
literature I got exposed to throughout the program.
