Par 3 design group has been involved in a myriad of projects in Nevada, California,
and Oregon since 1984. We have varied experience in a vast array of construction
projects; Office Buildings, Retail Shopping Centers, Custom Residences and Multi-
Residential.

While working closely with Owners, Contractors and Developers, through
all phases of construction, we have always remained cognizant of fixed budgets and
critical time schedules, while seeking design and code solutions to the benefit of all
parties involved.

With an emphasis on code analysis, construction documents and
contract administration, Par 3 design group’s designs prove to be easily constructed,
while achieving dramatic aesthetic solutions. During this entire process, we are constantly
involved with client rapport, and seek to leave all clients ‘architecturally satisfied’.
