I am a dynamic and ambitious Architect (ARB registered) with five years of experience. Since graduating from the University of Seville with a Master’s degree in Architecture, I have worked in several, different positions in the field of architecture, which you can also see in my résumé. I have worked in the positions from Trainee or Draftsman to the positions of Design Architect, Urban Designer, Project Manager, or Construction Manager.
 

The most important aspects of my working experience so far are:
 

- I have been a freelance during my entire career. Therefore, I learnt lots of things about the real working experience on my own.
 

- I was Council Architect. Thus, I could see very different sides of architecture. I learnt how the Administration works inside (because I was part of the Administration). I had all the responsibility for urbanism, architecture, and construction in the city, and made all the important decisions within this field. This also gave me the chance to do lots of different types of projects as, for example, residential, sports, religious, educational, sanitary, recreation, military, administrative, commercial, industrial, touristic, frontier, port, or civil engineering progammes… 
 

- I founded two architecture offices, the first one together with other partners and the second one alone. This demonstrates my leadership skills, which I also consider one of my main features.
I possess impeccable technical and computer skills; I am literate in Auto CAD, 3D Studio Max, All Plan Bim 2011, Office, Adobe Professional, Adobe Photoshop, Corel Draw, Presto, Cype Cad, Metal 3D, and other programs.   

My attention to detail and my excellent problem-solving skills ensure that every project I work on is done accurately and to the highest possible standard. I am comfortable working as part of a team but also have the ability to take an authoritative role when the situation arises. My verbal communication skills and positive attitude make me an effective communicator to all clients I work with.
