Wilfred is an architecture student who, after completing his BArch at the Rhode Island School of Design, is now heading to the Harvard Graduate School of Design to test his theories in architecture and urban design. Growing up in Hong Kong, he is fascinated by the dynamic and density of cities. The glimpses of nature among industrial networks, the quiet moments hidden on vibrant streets, the intimate spaces tucked beneath towering urban masses are inspirations that are constantly shaping and reshaping his notions of architecture. He tries to recreate these diverse instances in his designs, in an attempt to excite and encourage interactions between places and those who experience them. He pursues this with fervor, for he believes this meeting of man and his surroundings is what gives rise to a sense of belonging.
