As project manager I worked on multiple projects ranging from preliminary design to construction documents. My responsibilities included coordinating drawings with the MEP and structural engineers + follow-up, preparing proposal presentations, attending Planning Board meetings, + office administration, etc. Projects range from: single-family residence, low to mid-rise multi-family, mixed-use, tenant fit-out, and historic preservation/reconstruction.
