I have over 10 years of experience in the Architectural field as a project manager. I specialize in 3D Modeling/BIM for construction documents. I also have a very successful career negotiating many difficult projects through multiple city agencies.

I have managed projects for single-family homes, multi-family homes, custom homes, commercial/mixed use, childcare, historic restoration, schools, and Veteran memorials.

I have written company standards manuals and CAD standards manuals for multiple software packages. I have been a successful trainer/cross trainer to employees for various architectural software packages, including CAD user groups and students at two local community colleges as an adjunct instructor.
