Currently I am a candidate for an MS in Interior Design at Pratt Institute, Brooklyn. This summer I am excited to be interning with Josh Held Design in New York, NY. Previous experience has been as an intern at Knoll Textiles this past school year, and at Material ConneXion last summer.
I hold a B.A. in Communication Rhetoric from the University of Pittsburgh, with a minor degree in French Language & Literature. I have interned and worked in marketing and communications related capacities--all of which has given me experience in public speaking, writing, editing, and working both alone and as a member of teams.
What brought me to Pratt was an interest in restaurant design, stemming from a love of food and a fascination with hospitality environments. Since beginning my degree I have become interested in other areas of interior design as well, whether it be office design, retail, or exhibition. I continue to be excited about any opportunities that may be available to me, and open to new experiences and challenges.
