Kristen has worked as Project Architect with Ponikvar & Associates for two years. She provides support for the entire office on a range of project types, but her work focuses primarily on commercial interior renovations. In addition to developing Construction Documents based on the designs and the direction of the Principals, Kristen aids the Interiors Department by assisting in finish selections, producing colorboards and other presentation graphics, and maintaining the materials library. She is also responsible for the overall production of projects within the firm by assembling project submittal deliverables. Additionally, Kristen performs Construction Administration tasks such as reviewing shop drawings, and helps maintain necessary communication by coordinating with Consultants and Contractors on project issues.
