I'm a creative thinker with a multidisciplinary design background in architecture, graphic design, brand identity, and marketing strategy. My design methodology is consistently rooted in research, programming, and context, creating pragmatic solutions that are considered holistically.
Before earning my Master of Architecture degree in 2008, I graduated with degrees in both architecture and graphic design from Northeastern University. I've worked as a designer for Ann Beha Architects and Elkus Manfredi Architects in Boston, focusing on mixed-use, housing, and cultural projects. As marketing director and environmental graphic designer for LLB Architects in Providence, I assisted the firm in winning multiple commissions for large-scale projects in New England, and have produced environmental graphics for many of the firm's architectural projects. Currently, I'm senior designer of marketing and graphic design at Bergmeyer, creating compelling communications pieces and vibrant branded environments for the Boston-based firm.
Outside of my day-to-day profession, I am passionate about the world of marching percussion and have merged my passion for the activity with my love for design. In 2011 and 2012, I was the program coordinator and visual designer for the world-champion King Philip Indoor Percussion Ensemble, and in 2014 I worked with Blackstone-Millville Regional; both are percussive arts groups made up of high school and middle school students that compete on a national level. I was responsible for conceptual design, set design, costume design, music composition, and visual effect for the group.
