About

I am best described as a multiple disciplined BIM Manager experienced in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction industry.  I have a BSc in Construction Engineering from Purdue University as well as being an Autodesk Certified Professional and Applications Engineer/Instructor. Architectural experiences include all phases of architectural design, documentation and contract administration  work on Healthcare, Industrial, High-rise and Multi-family Residential, Retail/Mixed-use, Commercial, Tenant Improvement, Hospitality, Amusement and Water Park projects. Additionally, I posses hands-on experience with numerous construction trades which allows me to make rational and effective decisions under pressure.

In 2010, my affinity for Building Information Modeling led me into the Autodesk reseller channel where I was able to expand my experiences and interaction in the AEC industry. As an Autodesk Certified Instructor, I am able to provide production and implementation services, customization, advanced training and support on Revit, Navisworks, Blue Beam, 360 Field/Glue and AutoCAD. I have consulted for and trained several Architecture, Engineering and General Construction companies.

I possess 25+ years of experience in architectural design and engineering having managed challenging projects that have demanded strong analytic thinking and attention to detail. During the course of my career I have engaged in CAD management as well as architectural, structural and MEP virtual model construction in line with BIM standards. Furthermore, I have competently liaised with clients, vendors and contractors, and led multi-skilled teams so as to attain all performance targets and project goals on time and on budget.

I possess a comprehensive and up-to-date knowledge of Revit and BIM related technologies. In my current role, I have provided support and evaluation of BIM software so as to ensure best practices and optimize processes.  As you will note from my resume, I have delivered strategic planning and technical support to partners, resulting in a major impact on the company's bottom line.

I believe that my key qualities are my outstanding technical aptitude, excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, combined with strong communicative ability and talent for effective organization and prioritization. I see myself as a highly dedicated and strongly driven individual.
