As a intern architect at Sam Marshall Architects, I gained experience primarily in the higher education market which has given me the opportunity to participate in a variety of areas within the NCARB IDP curriculum. As an intern I have been exposed to design visualization, programming, schematic design, design development, construction documents, specification writing, bidding & negotiation process, RFP/RFQ preparation, and some office/ I.T. administration.
