Developed and implemented a 4-year structured curriculum to guide toward mastery of key learning objectives at a high level of rigor and depth of knowledge. Participated on school leadership team to address school wide issues and horizontal cross-curriculum building. Managed construction and art department, led bi-weekly meetings, sat on interview committee for new hires, and maintained inventory and ordering for departmental needs.

Organized build days through house selection, work evaluations, scope assessment, house captain training, budgeting, permits, and logistics for 80 homes. Created follow up assessments by doing walk throughs, organizing bids and soliciting responses from local contractors. Developed work scopes following City of St Louis guidelines for Healthy Homes repairs and city evaluator’s scope of work.
