3o+ Years Experience as Managing Partner and lead design Professional in Healthcare, Resort, Hospitality, Residential and Industrial Projects throughout the World.

Currently Managing Partner of a Multi-tiered development group that specializes in Medical, Resort and Hospitality development with projects in Texas, South and Central America and West Africa.

I have completed over 2000 projects representing $2.8 Billion in Project Cost.  The majority of these projects are in the healthcare and resort/hospitality arenas. 

In 2007,  I became a Founding Partner and Director of Design and Development for a public company that purchased several thousand hectares of beach front and mountainous properties in Central America with the intent of becoming one of the premier resort developers in the World.  Over a three year period, I directed the design of 38 Hospitality, Medical and Retirement Projects on 8 different sites, representing $5.4 Billion in potential revenue.  Unfortunately, the collapse of the financial market resulted in the withdrawal of funding commitments on our first two projects.  Unable to secure additional funding, the Company was closed in 2010 and is currently not traded.  With this setback,  I began the task of rebuilding my domestic network in perhaps the worse financial market that many of us have experienced.

After 14 months, we are beginning to see positive growth in the market again.  Additionally, our work in the healthcare industry  ( I specialize in nosocomial infectious disease control in healthcare design, with is one of the driving forces behind the new ACO regulations), is gaining national interest and should secure a modest share of healthcare projects.   With this said and most of my staff depleted, I am not sure that I want to take on the solo task of building a 30 person Architecture firm again.  Thus,  I am seeking affiliation with another firm, under any mutually beneficial relationship, to move forward.
