I am a seasoned designer with 20 years of experience. Since 1989, I have stayed abreast of the progression in this field through conferences, workshops, classroom education, hands-on training and individual research. I have completed a wide variety of coursework in architecture and engineering including ArchiCad. My projects have ranged from simple to complex including commercial, residential and mixed use. I also have superior computer skills using Mac, PC and peripherals.
Some of my admirable qualities include creativity, flexibility, organization, punctuality, common sense judgment and an outgoing personality. From inception through construction, I strive to provide excellent client focused customer service and preserve business relationships. When communicating with clients, code officials and staff I am consistently aware of time, specifications and budget requirements.
In addition, I’m listed on graphisoft.com’s competency challenge and I’ve completed the NCARB Intern Development Program to become a licensed architect in CA.
