Levitt + Moss, Santa Monica, CA, US, Principal

Levitt + Moss Architects specializes in custom residential design. We believe that learning about people, their hopes and wishes, how they live and function in their daily lives, is the most important thing we can do as designers. As we design and look for solutions, we are drawn to the optimism of modernism, the grounded forms of tradition, to clean lines and flowing spaces.

Sustainability has become the cornerstone of our practice. We seek to identify and incorporate appropriate elements of green building design whether or not a project is to be certified by the USGBC. We have completed LEED certified homes in both Modern Contextual and Traditional styles and we are currently working on three more.
