I have spent the past three years developing and managing customer relations to maximize service satisfaction and generate repeat and referral business with clients. I collaborate with our store’s merchandise manager on the visual merchandising of our store windows and the retail space to highlight product focus and enhance our customer’s shopping experience. Some of my responsibilities in this role include:

• Creating, executing, and maintaining interior visual displays and mannequin styling per the company visual directive

• Initiating visual and merchandising changes on the selling floor post-markdown in order to increase store profitability

• Collaborating with personal shoppers and management team to anticipate customer shopping needs and customize the store accordingly

• Organizing and maintaining the visual merchandising prop area

Organized and maintained the office and resource library for ease to produce work more efficiently.
