With a Passion for creative challenges, Architectural design, photography and all things ART, Zahra started attending Art and Painting classes at the University of Tehran in Iran at the age of 6 [it helped that her father was the Dean of the Art & Architecture department].
When she was 16, she graduated from High School, and dabbled in the art of creative writing at the University of Utah. Later she finished her Bachelor of Architecture, quickly followed by a Masters of Science in Civil Engineering-- all, while pursuing her love for painting, photography and the art[s].
Zahra published her [art]works in 2009 as part of her thesis. The publication consisted of all personal thoughts, poetry, paintings, compositions, buildings and sculptures, composed as monological art; defying art before witnesses -- the orientation of an artist, personal work in progress [self], from the point of view of the idolizing witness.
She's held several exhibitions of her studio projects, and her other artworks such as paintings, charcoal drawings and figure drawings throughout the years.
In 2012 Zahra fell in love with Ruby and decided to pursue a career in Web Development. And in 2013 it all became a reality.
Zahra is currently working as a Web Developer in the New York City startup scene, and photographing [people] on the weekends. She is actively seeking opportunities to collaborate with, developer, architects and artist.
