Worked with C. Matthew Taylor Architects and May River Contracting on a substantial design build residence on the beach front of Hilton Head Island. My role as Project Manager encompassed responsibilities directly comparable to those of a Project Architect.

The residence incorporated numerous one-off building components, innovative architectural elements, and state of the art MEP systems to include:
-numerous LED lighting installations
-a state of the art geothermal HVAC system
-a hybrid building structure composed of load bearing concrete walls and steel connecting beams
-top quality custom teak cabinetry
-3 custom fabricated stainless steel staircases and 1 stainless steel/teak cantilevered deck
