Integrated Design Competition, Honorable Mention
This 15 week senior level studio focused on the design of sustainable offices integrated with mixed-use entertainment within Baltimore's Inner Harbor Marina. Each team submitted a design development drawing set, phyiscal model, BIM, computer renderings, presentation boards, code requirements, a white paper, site work, sustainable and regenerative operations, building efficiencies, as well as plumbing, mechanical, electrical, and structural calculations.
