Please let me introduce myself:
I am a Registered Architect with more than 15 years of the industry experience. The last 8 years I have been working for Calnitsky Associates Architects Inc., located in Winnipeg, MB, Canada.
I am usually in charge of a project from the preliminary stage to completion of construction.
Dealing with construction documentation, tendering and project administration processes, I have working knowledge of CCDC, RAIC & CHoP, NMS, NBC, MBC, FC, & Local regulations. Familiar with current construction technologies and materials, I have been working in Metric and Imperial systems. On the regular basis I am working with RFP requirements, provided by DND, RCMP, PWGCSC & Health Canada .
As a person, I am easy to work with and can easily deal with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, AHJs and with my own team members.

After the completion of this program I bacame to be a member of the Project Management Institute (PMI).
