Qatar Foundation Headquarters in Education City. The project is of two buildings, an office tower and low rise research centre with underground car-parking and landscaped podium. Valued at $ 220 Million.
Barwa Financial District – West Bay in Doha. The project is a mix-use development of three basement car-parking, 9 high-rise office towers from 25 – 47 floors. A high rise five star hotel, of 404 keys and a few low rise buildings, the prayer hall, energy centre and multi-storey car-park building. An area of 380,000 sq.m and budget of $ 3.4 Billion.
KHome International, Dubai, UAE, Architect - Project Manager
Representing the client DMCC, monitor and follow up of architecture and interior design submissions with design consultant, contractor, hotel operator as per client directions.
Check drawings compliance with codes and regulations, follow up with tourism authority for hotel design compliance. Monitor deliverables as per the contract, check and comment on design submissions& reports , distribute information to various stakeholders.

Survey and draw the Courthouse building, this is a heritage building part of Metropolis Hotel development, involved drawing up of plans and four elevations. This building was transformed into a restaurant at the time of designing the Metropolis tower.
