Personal experience

I earned a NAAB accredited five-year Bachelor of Architecture degree at Woodbury University.  My school and previous work experience has educated me to become a detailed-oriented self-starter.  My living and traveling experiences in Asia, Europe and North America has extraordinarily developed my eagerness on trial and error, finding solutions, and refining the outcome. 

Professional goals

With fundamental understanding of architecture and space, I am very interested to further investigates residential (both affordable housing  and high-ended single family), commercial retails, and healthcare projects.  I am in the process of obtaining a California license and LEED accreditation.

Work experience and skills

I have 1.5 full-time and 3 years part-time (over 3,800 hours) of working experience(non-internship) in Los Angeles based professional architectural firms.  Over the past years, I have been trained to exercise feasibility studies, design processes, preparing full construction documents, and coordination between multi-projects.  I am familiar with the permitting processes and finding balanced solutions between the design, client's needs, time, and code regulations.   In addition, I have also worked as a teacher assistant in AutoCAD and 3D modeling classes in East Los Angeles College which led me to master AutoCAD/ 3D Studio Max and other closely related software.
