Fortunately I have had a very interesting and challenging projects as a Construction Manager/Architect: projects exceeding $90,000,000.00 (examples: 42,000 ft.² estate residence, forensic architecture 90,000 ft.² estate residence , Construction Manager for the complete roofing system (200,000 ft.²) for The Palm Beach County Convention Center, and restoration of historical structures to name a few.
Presently, I am with the Palm Beach County School District. For over five years years at the district I have performed a number of projects ranging from restoration of existing spaces to being Senior Planner and Construction Manager for a new campus in Belle Glade Florida. I'm very acute campus planning, ADA awareness and fire safety concerns. I have participated in campus planning, schematics, production, design, Construction administration, site planning, landscaping, plan review and stamping and signing contract documents while here at the district.
