Manage all aspects of several projects simultaneously: design presentations, drawings, clients relations, contractor bid process, FF&E selections and budgets, weekly onsite construction meetings and minutes, punch list and project completion.
Generate drawings for filings with the New York City Department of Buildings and Landmark's Preservation Commission.
