Jobs consisted of basement renovations, second floor additions to existing homes, interior alterations and renovations. Develop Energy Calculations, selecting specifications, Window/Door and material selections. Produce construction documentation and presentation drawings.

Developed a high-end residential project in Winnetka IL. Demolish an existing
home and design a new House Construction 6000 sq.ft. French Style 2 story with a full basement. Completed Zoning analysis, construction documentation, Construction Schedules, Fireplace and Chimney Design

Worked on Design Proposals and Construction Documents. Had to apply standard architectural techniques for clearly specified assignments. Researched and applied data from similar office projects to current problems. Applied basic scheduling and budgetary discipline while supervising more junior staff members. Contributed to project management by maintaining clear written records of decisions made and information exchanged via office memoranda and minutes of meeting.
