  • Provided architectural and engineering services for project, which included site design for a 11,060 SF clinic. Reno Sparks Indian Colony, Health Center, Reno, NV ($12.5 million).
  • This new freestanding ambulatory care facility was designed to be a replacement for an existing facility.  The two-story 65,000SF health center was under construction and was completed in spring 2006.
  • Wentworth-Douglass Hospital, Dover, NH.  ($80 million)
  • Provided complete planning, architectural, and engineering services for multi-phased building expansion and renovation project.

Project Architect in charge of design and production of several projects, worked mostly on renovations projects. Such as Loan Star State Bank drive thru addition, ERP Properties, Mewbourn Oil Company office renovation on 11th floor of Fasken Building, Lamar Elementary School addition/renovation, and Midland County Forensics Lab. Design of Salvation Army Shelter new facility, Performed building code (IBC) study & analysis, Resolved issues with Architectural Barriers Texas Accessibility Standards and ADA, met with clients, contractors, and other consultants to bring the job to completion.

Architect in charge of design/drafting department supervising staff of two, working on all design-build projects.
Worked on Midland Women’s Clinic, Andrews Fire Station, Midland Pediatric Associates new facility, Park Legado a multi-million dollar outdoor shopping/entertainment center and retail tenant design (Joe James Salon, Cork & Pig Tavern restaurant. Worked on numerous pre engineered metal building.

Early Building Code Review
Starting a good design head start by being equipped with knowledge of Building Code (IBC) and local zoning will assure design meets code, such as correct travel distances, number of door out of space base on occupancies and occupied load for a space with single door or multiple doors, number of stories and square footage etc. This knowledge helps with transition to CD from Design phase without big changes.

Disability Compliance
ADA/TSA Compliance as it could relate to design phase of the project (interior & site plan) for smoother transition to design development and construction document phase to assure design intention stay the same and minimize change in later phase of the project.
