• Project lead for a multi- structure compound on Nantucket as well as several addition/ alteration projects. The Nantucket process involved multi- agency reviews, particularly through the HDC.
• Primary CAD program used is Archicad v22. Projects were developed in 3D and directly translated to working drawings. The results include highly-detailed 3D models which could be dynamically viewed by the client- this proved to be a very effective communication tool for project presentations.

• Coordinated all phases of high-end residential new construction projects. Projects required extensive regulatory review- wetlands, ARB, planning and zoning reviews before permits were issued.
• Extensive knowledge of residential building systems, means, and methods.
• Primary CAD program used was Archicad v20.
