Staten Island Museum, exp. 2024 - Project architect for 20,000 sf, $9.95m historic renovation starting from early concept design to current end of Design Development. Building is NYC Landmark and listed on National Register of Historic Places. Two-phased project includes climate-controlled storage rooms with high-density mobile shelving, exhibition spaces, classrooms, and completely new MEP/FP systems. Designed in Revit, reports compiled in InDesign, multiple iterations of cost estimates and value engineering. Coordination between client, NYC Department of Design and Construction, and consultants. Gulfshore Playhouse, exp. 2023 - Project architect for 56,000 sf, $45m new theatre for Naples, Florida, with 375-seat main theatre, 150-seat black box studio theatre, two rehearsal spaces, a full costume shop, and an educational wing. Responsible for coordination of main theatre with consultants. Designed double-curved elements in Rhino and imported to Revit for documentation. Currently at the end of Construction Documents, going through permitting.

Center for the Arts in Crested Butte, Colorado, 2019 - Project architect for 33,000sf, $12.8m expansion, beginning in Design Development to Construction Administration. Coordinated a flexible 300-seat theater with retractable seating and hydraulic platforms, an updated outdoor stage, two art studios, two performance studios, and a visual arts gallery. Designed in Revit and corresponded with CM through Newforma. Prepared presentations for Board of Zoning and Architectural Review. Coordinated and participated in GoTo meetings with client and consultants.
