• GLE Contract with Verizon Wireless resulted in 75 completed storefront projects in two years.
• Prepared all aspects of architectural plans – Millwork, Details, Floor plans, Sections, etc.
• Interface between Corporate Architect and Project Manager to conduct drawing changes and maintain open line of support regarding projects.
• Developed and provided input for schematic plans and space planning for multiple projects simultaneously.
• Coordinated multiple projects with keen attention to detail and strong awareness of budget and schedule.
• Assisted with web page design and marketing to attract new business and educate clients about services.

• Developed 3D Presentation which assisted associates gaining 2 million dollars contact St Lucie schools.
• Researched building code and construction technology to maintain projects budget and schedule.

The award for Honorable Mention was for the Francisan Center Pavilion in Tampa, Fl. This was the first design-build project for the University of South Florida.
